This nut milk is a vegan/vegetarian-friendly option which is naturally lactose-free, very low in calories, no saturated fats or cholesterol and high in vitamin A and D. Soy Milk

 

Although soy milk is considered a vegan milk, it is 98% a GMO (genetically modified organism) product based on the commercial food industry today. Furthermore, soy milk increases the estrogen level in your body and cause hormonal imbalance if consumed excessively.

 

Consumption of soy milk also has been linked to cases of breast cancer and thyroid diseases, but it is not confirmed. If you really cannot live without soy milk, then I would suggest to only buy organic (non-GMO) soy milk from the stores.
