90-Seconds Vegan MUG Cake (Choco)
This recipe is a breeze to make and anyone can do it if you have a microwave.
☁️1/4 cup gluten-free flour
☁️️1/4 cup brown sugar
☁️2 tbsp cocoa powder
☁️️1/4 tsp baking powder
☁️1/8 tsp salt
☁️1/2 tsp vanilla
☁️3 tbsp EVOO
☁️4 tbsp almond milk
Firstly you would need to mix all the dry ingredients together. And then mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate small bowl. Now add the dry mixture into the wet mixture bowl. Preferably to use a whisk to stir evenly. The batter should be smooth and one slightly runny batter. Microwave for 90-100 seconds.
You can add few dairy free chocolate chips or chunks on the top of batter so that you will get a fudgy, moist mug cake. If you are not a big fan of microwave cooking, alternatively, you can bake this in a preheated 180C oven for 15 mins. Obviously baking in the oven is preferred health wise, as well as for the texture but if you are a busy individual and only have two mins to spare, try this recipe!
