Chia Pudding is my Topping!

There's so many ways of having chia pudding, today chia is my topping. Soak 4 tbsp of chia seeds (using Organic Burst Chia of Life) in 180-200ml of unsweetened almond milk for 30 mins or more to form a gelatin-like texture. I usually use 200ml of liquid as I like a more runny chia pudding consistency but this is a personal preference. Adjust according to your liking but use this formula as a base to work with. You can also leave it in an airtight container overnight or whenever you feel like having it.

Sweeten with 1 tbsp of brown rice syrup (my favourite is Ludberg) or maple syrup and you are ready to put it on top any of your favourite fruits! I love Gold kiwis (insanely sweet) with chia pudding topping and goji berries! This combo is so simple but they complement each other. Explosion of different flavuors and great texture in your mouth. Consider this a sweet treat (healthy snack). You can store your prepared chia pudding up to 2 weeks, which is not a problem.
