Dinosaur Kale should be your main green smoothie ingredient!

If you all noticed by now, most of my green smoothies would have a cup of dinosaur kale in it, which give us a 100% daily value of Vitamin A, K and Iron! If I am not wrong, Kale has more iron than beef. Lets all remember that cows are strong and muscular by eating alot of grass and not meat.

I would strongly recommend dinosaur kale more than eating regular curly kale as they are the premium quality of all the kale family and take rather bittersweet and earthy. Really brings out the clarity in your skin. You have to try it in order to feel the great effects on your skin and body.

Now which glass straw should I be using today? Too spolit for choice with my many straws!
