Eat Your Greens


Make sure to eat your GREENS daily! I realised that we tend to eat more fruits rather than vegetables, so lets not neglect the Greens! Either juice them or blend them in smoothies to get your daily intake. I love my green juices with a bunch of Cilantro! Helps to detoxify your body by removing toxins and heavy metals from your system. Such a powerful herb I must say!
