Eat your Rainbow Nori!
Eat your Rainbow however you like it! Be it in a wrap or a salad.
My favorite ingredients for a Rainbow Nori are:
- Baby spinach
- Shredded Carrots
- Shredded Beets (preferably raw ones)
- Sliced ripe avocados
Start rolling them tight and seal the nori sheets with a dab of cold water. Make a quick dipping sauce with wasabi paste and tamari (raw soya)!
Tip: Always have your vegetables shredded for easy bite each time!
