Maca - Rebalancing Hormones



Maca is a excellent superfood to help stablise your hormones in your body. Especially if you are having really bad PMS symptoms such as cramping, bloatedness, dizziness and depression. I usually take about 1/2 a tsp of Organic Burst (Organic and Raw) Maca powder and add it to my green smoothies in the mornings. 2 or 3 times a week is good enough for me and works really well with my body. Start off with just 1/2 or 1/4 if you are new to maca and see how your body adapts to it.
