Maca Vanilla Muffins with Choco "Butter"cream (Vegan, GF)



I used OrganicBurst Maca in my recipe to increase the nutritional value of my cakes. Has 4x times more calcium than regular milk, which helps to prevent osteoporosis. Natural energy booster and endurance, so who needs coffee.

I like to take maca 3 times a week, 1/2 a tsp each time. Which I find is the right amount for me. Everyone is different so start with 1/2 tsp if you are new to this. Helps boost fertility and a natural viagra (men, are you listening?). The benefits are endless. More happy days!

ingredients for muffins:

2 cups of gluten-free flour

2 tsp of Organicburst Maca powder

2 tsp of baking powders

1/2 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of Himalayan pink salts

1 flax egg (1 tbsp of flaxseed + 3 tbsp of water)

2 dash of cinnamon powder

2 tsp of vanilla extract

2 medium bananas

1/2 cup of brown rice syrup

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1/3 cup of olive oil

Makes 10 muffins


Preheat oven at 400F. Bake for 18-20 mins. I like mine at 18 mins which is perfect.
