Make Yourself A Homemade Muesli Bowl

Its amazing how easy to make Homemade muesli bar or even creating a quick nutritious bowl of vitamins, minerals and fiber and yet so good to eat! My main base of muesli is always gluten free rolled oats, when oats are toasted in oven, has the most amazing nutty aroma!

In my muesli is a mix of rolled oats, dried yellow and red sultanas for sweetness and vibrant colors, organic purple corn cereal (made from purple corn, cacao nibs), sesame seeds, almond flakes, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut oil and for the binding agent, brown rice syrup. I use an extra tbsp of maple syrup just for an extra tint of sweetness as brown rice syrup is a lot less sweeter than regular sugar or even plant based sweeteners like agave or stevia. Not only do you add dried bits, you also want to add fresh ingredients like slices of bananas. I didn't have kiwi in the fridge so I just stick to simple ripe bananas.

Place all of these in a lovely wide bowl and pour in the yummy, creamy luxurious macadamia milk! You can either make it at home or get it at the shops. So simple and yet has tons of different textures and flavours. Crunchy, chewy, sweet... it is pure heaven! Heaven in a bowl i would say... Wont you be excited to wake up to this kind of breakfast? I would!
