Maqui Berry Soy Milk (Vegan, refined sugar-free)
These are great for the summer! Refreshing, creamy and a little tartiness to it. What I used was plain soy milk (unsweetened), high quality Maqui Berry (from MyVitamins.com) and pure 100% maple syrup.
Here are the simple ingredients to make this. Preparation time is only less than 3 minutes!
1 cup plain soy milk
1/2 tbsp of MyVitamins Maqui Berry Powder
1 tbsp of 100% pure maple syrup
Whisk well till no lumps are in sight. The lovely lilac color is so inviting. Great with kids too. Maqui berries are pretty similar to Acai berries which gives you a ton of antioxidants and high in minerals but not always available in stores.
