Organic cold-pressed coconut oil (unrefined) is really healthy for your heart and helps in weight loss. The monounsaturated fats in the oil will turn fats to pure energy, which helps pump up your metabolism and increase your energy level tremendously, Take 1 tbsp of coconut oil a day for 2 weeks and see the results.
