Ginger Beet Smoothie

1/2 of a small sized beetroot

1/2 of a cucumber

1 inch of ginger root

1/2 cup of red/green grapes

1/2 cup of romaine lettuces

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Blend till smooth. If you feel that you might be coming down with a flu, make this smoothie and you will feel a lot better, helping you boost your immunity system before it is too late!
