The "Cornetto" Smoothie Bowl



This is such an easy yet super delicious recipe.

All you need to make the Peanut butter nice cream:

1 big tbsp of organic unsweetened PB

2 frozen bananas

1 tbsp of agave nectar / maple syrup

Dash of unsweetened almond milk

Blend till smooth. Freeze mixture for 2 to 5 hours till firm but slightly soft to scoop.

Make chocolate sauce:

3 tbsp of raw cacao powder

4 tbsp of cold pressed coconut oil

1 1/2 tbsp of agave nectar

Stir evenly till smooth, make sure there is no lumps. Set aside.

Now scoop out slightly frozen PB mixture, place in a nice bowl and drizzle some of that chocolate goodness over top. Crush a few macadamia nuts and sprinkle over. Wala! Enjoy!
