Vegan, GF Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
I love banana bread, especially when they can be placed on a countertop at room temperature for up to 3 days. The thing is that they taste better the following day. Unbelievable but so true. If you want to store them for more than two weeks, I would strongly suggest for you to freeze the bread slices wrapped in aluminum foil individually.
This method will retain the moisture and freshness, as fresh as it was from day one! I used chocolate chips as my fillings this time as I was bored with using fresh blueberries. Mind you, these chocolate chips are non-GMO, dairy free, vegan-friendly and no milk solids.
The good thing is, they taste as authentic as traditional full cream chocolate chips! Because I used brown rice syrup in my banana bread, they tend to be less sweet, and these semi-sweet chocolate chips help to balance out the sweetness. Try a banana bread today!
