Yesss! These are indeed heavenly, how good it looks is how good it taste! Very simple to make and only require less than 10 minutes of your time. Try this recipe with your family and kids. I guarantee it will be a big hit!


  • 3-4 jumbo sized vegan marshmallow from "The Dandies"

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free vegan chocolate chips from "Enjoy Life"

  • 1 tsp light olive oil

  • 6 pieces of gluten-free rice crackers/nut crackers


Start by heating up the marshmallows in the oven at 180C (350F) for approximately 2 mins or so. You will start to see the marshmallows swelling up as it heats and melt but holds it shape. The gooeyness is on the inside! Next, bring a pot of water to a boil and place a glass bowl over the pot to heat the chocolates. The chocolate should be fully melted in 3-4 mins. Add 1 tsp of light olive oil to the melted chocolate for a runny consistency, Mix well until the chocolate is smooth and silky.

Spread 3 crackers with chocolates and 3 crackers with gooey marshmallows. Press both crackers together and stack them like showing in the photo. Love it! Serve immediately while still warm and soft.
