Beet & Almond Smoothie

Pink Beet Layer

1 small sized beetroot

1 pineapple slice 

1 handful of frozen raspberries 

2 frozen bananas

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

1 tbsp of coconut oil 

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk 


White layer

1 cup of almond milk 

2 medjool dates (pitted)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of ice cubes


Blend both of these layers separately and layer them however you like! Best serve when chilled. Enjoy.


Oats Pudding with Kiwi Smoothie


To make the pudding: 

6 tbsp of overnight oats 

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

1 tbsp of frozen raspberries

1/2 cup of almond milk 


Place the above ingredients into an airtight container   and put in fridge overnight or 8 hours or more. Make sure the mixture is covered by the milk.


To make the kiwi smoothie: 

2 frozen bananas 

1 pineapple slice

1 kiwi (peeled) 

1/2 cup of almond milk 


Blend the above ingredients on high till smooth. Now take a lovely glass jar and place the oats pudding in. Then pour in the kiwi smoothie and garnish with some sweet fruits.


Layered Oats Green Smoothie

Nice cream layer

2 frozen pineapples 

2 frozen bananas 

1 handful of baby spinach 


Blend on high in your Vitamix. 


Oats layer

5 tbsp of overnight oats 

1 tbsp of chia seeds 

1 handful of frozen blueberries 

Pour almond milk to cover the mixture. Stir it well and store in an airtight container. Refridgerate overnight, minimum of 8 hours. 


In the morning, blend up your green nice cream and layer it with your prepared overnight oats! Enjoy perfection. 



Honey Melon Smoothie


2 cups of frozen watermelon

1 cup of frozen honeydew

1/2 a frozen banana

3/4 cup of almond milk 


Blend the above ingredients on high and till smooth. Super refreshing and great for summer!
